Recruitment has always been a simple affair.
A business needs to hire a person, and the person is looking for a job. If the two happen at the same time then it’s perfect. But what if it’s not perfect timing?
PA Recruitment in London is still largely dominated by Agencies. It’s a relatively high volume sector and most agencies rely heavily on advertising of job vacancies on job boards to identify suitable candidates for the PA jobs that their Clients have asked them to find on their behalf.
