We realised in 2019 that many visitors to our website had questions. So to hopefully make your life easier, we’ve taken some of the Questions and answered them here.
What types of roles do you recruit for?
TalentSmiths is a PA & Office support recruitment agency so we recruit PAs, Executive Assistants and administration roles.
What companies or industries do you recruit in?
A huge variety. Our core market until now has been boutique firms however, 2020 is seeing us already extend that reach with new offerings.
Hedge Funds, UHNWI, Private Equity, Media, Entrepreneurs and Philanthropists have turned to us in the past twelve months to help them recruit PAs.

Do you recruit temps?
No, in a word. It’s a different type of recruitment and it doesn’t play to our strengths.
I'd like to talk/meet/discuss but it's hard during the day. Any suggestions?
We’ll work with you. From using our dedicated video conferencing solution to meeting in the evening and weekends, if we think we can help we’ll move heaven and earth to make it happen.
Can I call you?
Not yet. We don’t like to receive out of the blue calls, it disjoints our day. It’s nothing personal but we work to strict calendars to ensure that when we say we’ll call someone we do.
The good news is that when we do speak, they’ll be absolutely no distractions.
